Pointy haired model

As usual I tried to make a composition with the entire model. She was so thin it looked strange. I decided to make a half composition instead. This model was different. Normally what happens is that the art director tells the model what pose he or she would like and then the model try to sit like that and then the painters start to paint. This model was moving and dancing and “feeling in” on the atmosphere and then after a while she stopped and that was it, we could start painting.

I made this painting during one session. I also made other versions made but they became hideous so I will sand those and use them for other paintings.
