The Golden Curtain
This was the second model of the year, Emily, at de Stoker. She had long hair but for some reason she had the hair in a knot. The model sessions at de Stoker are normally 3 sessions per model. The first session I got a place so that I could see the model straight in her eyes.
She had problems with her eyes so she closed her eyes very often. I decided to switch place to get a side view. There were a mirror and it was broken. I had a new experiment; I used gold paint for the curtain. There is something with her legs but for the rest I managed to paint her proportionally correct.
On the left and right side you see the marks from the spikes of the oil paintings clamp. I really had to do something about this.
I was born 1967 in Stockholm, Sweden. I grew up in the small village Vågdalen in north Sweden. 1989 I moved to Umeå to study Computer Science at University of Umeå. 1995 I moved to the Netherlands where I live in Almere not far from Amsterdam.
Here on this site I let you see my creations.
I create, that is my hobby.
