Outdoor painting

It is nice to go out in the nature and paint. For this painting I went biking to find a place to paint. I made this painting in May of 2009. It had been nice if there were a bit of fluffy clouds but not all things can be as you like it. Sometimes when I bike around to find a place it happens I cannot make up my mind where to go. The feeling of running out of time while searching for a place to stay can get stressful. Here I parked in the middle of a park. At one end there was a building. You cannot see it so easy but the building has big windows and over the windows is the roof forming a screen. So it is possible to stand outside the window under the roof. This is not so easy to see in the painting. I did not know what kind of building this was but as I sat there painting I got more curious of the architecture and what function the building could have. When I was done I biked around the building and found out it was funeral center.

I was born 1967 in Stockholm, Sweden. I grew up in the small village Vågdalen in north Sweden. 1989 I moved to Umeå to study Computer Science at University of Umeå. 1995 I moved to the Netherlands where I live in Almere not far from Amsterdam.
