Match Point
Somewhere along the blogging some paintings of the yet to blog pile got into the already blogged pile. I was arranging long term storage for the panels when I discovered this. When panels are stored they need a little bit of air around them because if they are piled tightly then the painted surface could stick to the back of another panel and that could destroy the paintings.
I placed matches between the panels; one match in each corner. Then the next panel on top of that and so on. Soon I used all the matches I had lying around. I am not a smoker so until now I had no reason for having a large depot of matches so soon I was running out of matches. I need to get more.
In this process I discovered paintings that I have not blogged about so I will take a step back in time and start blog about these paintings the coming days. A match point kind of. It is also a movie with Scarlett Johansson. Scarlett? I should paint something with Scarlett. She has a lovely face.
