JENS MALMGREN I create, that is my hobby.

Friday 30 November 2018

Yesterday I went to the aquarelle club evening. I painted a sunset /sunrise over two papers. The result became grand. I had hoped the effect would be even more magnificent, so I was a little disappointed, but the aquarelle paper did well. The paint flowed nicely on the paper. I suggest you should click on the image and zoom in to see it more closely. There are effects of wet in wet that you could explain as rain from the sky, or treetops, or water ripples. That is nice. If you click on the image, you can see that some splashes of water are pressing other away, so nice to see.

It is Friday 30 November 2018, and I am on my way to work. Actually, I am right now on my way home from work when I write this. I went to Amsterdam today, and in the morning I was a little too late, so I was rushing to get to the train. When I sat on the train, it was not at all pleasant. I was steaming hot, and the train was full. I had a seat, but I could not expand anywhere so taking off extra sweater was not possible.

Now I am on my way home, and it is much better. This time I am not steaming. Today I also brought with me my camera. It is the premiere for a new smaller camera bag that I bought from a second-hand store. This way I can carry with me my camera more often. Last year I also went to Amsterdam at the end of the year. That was due to a project that required that I went there once per week. This year it is only one visit to Amsterdam.

I was born 1967 in Stockholm, Sweden. I grew up in the small village Vågdalen in north Sweden. 1989 I moved to Umeå to study Computer Science at University of Umeå. 1995 I moved to the Netherlands where I live in Almere not far from Amsterdam.

Here on this site I let you see my creations.
